For achieving our vision and mission, DISHA RCDSS will focus on reaching out to the socially excluded individual and groups which includes the following groups:

• Women : especially women headed households, elderly women, abused women, widow women and differently able women
• Children : especially girls children, children in conflict, children of PLHA
• People of Low economic status: households, farmers, unskilled laborers & migrants.
• People of Low literacy level
• People affected by any type of disaster / emergency.
• Scheduled Caste and Scheduled tribe ( ST)
• Persons Living with HIV AIDS ( PLHA)
